"I am probably the furthest customer to buy a bike from HHD. Working in Afghanistan 11 months out of the year makes it a little difficult to just stop in a dealership. I first made a couple calls to Tom Jr. about a few of the bikes they had in stock and compared it to the Military Exchange Auto Sales. Tom made me a deal that blew the competition away! The customer service I was shown made all the difference in the world. Now I am a proud owner of a Screamin Eagle Springer! I just have to wait till June to get my hands on the dang thing! "I am a new Harley owner. I noticed that you are a new owner of a dealership. I thought I would give you a chance. I have now purchaced a new Harley from you for really two reasons: 1 The service and attention I recieved was great and 2 Those Bilboards that Hoosier Harley put up in our town. That is just outright wrong! Dosent Harley Davidson as acompany have somthing to say about it? They have now burned a bridge with me that I wont cross to get back in there door. I hope more people notice those Billboards and have the same reaction I did. Your dealership might not be the biggest, but it has better customer service than a big deallership were you are a number on a sheet of paper. You have well earned my buisness. "The guys at hamilton are great to work with!!! I have a 06 street glide with a stroker kit on it, after a ride to milwalkee i lost my oil pressure and took it to hamilton, they found that my crank had shiftted and took up the fight with harley for me.Tom sr. did a great job of explaining what had happened and convinced harley to help me. Well i'm here to say that a 6000.00 dollar rebuild only hit me 2200.00 with the help from Tom Sr.and harley. They are both great to work with and i'll be doing more buss. with both. "I called in the morning to have my bike worked on and you were able to get it in by noon. I even bought some new pipes and you were even able to install them in the same time frame you have given me for the oil change.
By the way you were about 100 dollars less then the dealer where I bought the bike. You weren't open yet (for bike purchase). I will be driving a little further in the future to have all my work done. A1 dealership.

"As a member of the local HOG chapter for many years I just wanted you to know how pleased we all are at your enthusiastic support of our club and our members. For so many years many of our members drove to Kalamazoo or Elkhart for gear and service. We didn't feel comfortable when we entered the doors to our local shop. We were not confident in the service, both personally and mechanically we would receive if we did venture in. I must say that in the few short months since you opened your doors we have felt the pull of promise. Promise of friendly people, promise of earnest repair techs and the promise of being appreciated when we are there, whether we spend a dollar or not. Winning over some of our members was not an easy task, but one you are accomplishing at a pretty steady pace. Before we felt like we were a group of bikers without much dealership support. You are swiftly changing our chapter's dynamics. Our membership continues to grow. Our meetings in the doldrums of the winter months are reaching over 70 people every month. We are more enthuastic about our "family" and time spent together. We are doing things as a group that don't involve rides. Hockey games, eucher tournaments, pool tournaments and quilting parties just to mention a few. Our group has always tried to make new members welcome by drawing them in and trying to make them feel part of the group. In the last few years we have not been able to practice this skill to often. However, in the last few months we are getting to do this at every meeting, and we love it! I guess what I am trying to say is Congratulations and thank you for what you have already done for our club and dealership, and what you plan to accomplish in the future. You will be a sucess. "My hats off to everyone at hamilton H-D. Since my purchase in August of 2007, I am still treated like family when I walk in. I just had my 02 Electra Glide in for some work and I could not be happier. Tom Sr. in the shop didn't try to sell me parts, he let me descide based on experiance. And to walk in after nearly six month and have Tom Jr greet me by name, well that's just not how most people run a shop today. If you live within 100 miles of Hamilton Harley Davidson your money ahaed to stop in and talk to the guys."

Now you're probably thinking, "What made me decide to buy a bike from them? Well, I'll tell you - The atmosphere was comfortable, I never felt pressured, I was treated in a professional manner, and I was extremely satisfied with the deal. " My wife and I were just out driving and saw the open house. We turned around and stopped in, just to look at the bikes sitting outside. After talking to the owners Grandma, and the attention we got (even with the mass of people crowded around) the willingness to work with us and most of all, no salesman pounding us for a nickle, we purchased a beautiful 2002 Road King.
